You'll join an online 'discovery day' and complete a group task with other candidates. We ask you to allow 2 hours for the session as you'll have the opportunity to find out more about EDF during a live Q&A with our current team.
You'll be invited to an interview with a member of our Customer Service Team, where we'll talk about how your strengths could match the role of Customer Service Advisor.
If your interview is a success we'll offer you a place to start, on the next available training course!
